Return Policy
At FatningMax, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you ample time to assess your item and decide if it meets your expectations.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Additionally, you’ll need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
To initiate a return, simply reach out to us at fatningmax@gmail.com. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We’ll work swiftly to assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
While most items are eligible for returns, there are a few exceptions. Perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases cannot be returned for safety reasons. Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item once your return is processed and accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, regardless of the reason. The same conditions apply regarding the item’s condition, packaging, and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund.
